Just tell your Robobutler (Godfrey / Wadsworth) that you want a plastic surgery and you can modify your facial features free of charge. Previously \"plastic surgery\" could only be done by Pinkerton in Rivet City after \"The Replicated Man\" quest. Really simple modification and my first upload :)
