📋 About This Mod
Performance Of The Gods
What it does
Litter, papers, folders, rocks, dust, dust whirlwinds, particles, wasteland shrubs, and wall edging rubble in FO3 and all DLCs aren't in game anymore. This mod is intended to help lower end pcs to get an extra boost in performance, that is all. All the references load with no model to increase performance. Less DLCs need to be required in this new way.
The following records no longer load a model:

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-tested with 261 endorsements and over 6k downloads
- Simple concept: removing models from references can give a solid FPS boost on lower-end rigs
- Recently updated (May 2026), so it's likely compatible with current game versions
⚠️ Cons
- Removing models may cause visual glitches or missing objects in the world
- Potential conflicts with mods that add new references or rely on existing ones
- Performance gains vary depending on your system and mod load order
For Skyrim players on lower-end PCs who want a quick FPS boost without overhauling their graphics. Also for modders who understand reference handling and want a targeted optimization. Skip if you're sensitive to visual oddities or run a heavily modded setup where conflicts are likely.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since this mod removes models, test it early in your load order to see if any objects disappear that you care about.
- If you use a mod manager, install it as a regular mod and place it near the end of your load order to minimize conflicts.
- Check the mod page for any patches or compatibility notes before adding it to a heavily modded save.
