Penny is your new roommate in your Megaton or Tenpenny place. She sells lots of ammo and drugs, has 9999 caps, and 75% repair ability. Her inventory resets every 3 days like other vendors. Beware, she is a smoker. v1. 1 She now sleeps from 12pm-8am in your bed, but you can wake her up and take the bed. She does pushups in the morning. She keeps the place clean by sweeping the floors. v1. 2 Added a little background story with some animations. Added Dart Ammo and the various Drugs. v1. 3 Added the Tenpenny suite option. Slightly different conversation depending on whether you have Megaton or Tenpenny. Installation: Load Penny.esp with FOMM. It shouldn\'t interfere with any mod, unless the mod changes the Megaton house. Uninstallation: Delete Penny.esp
