Your own hydroponic garden of Punga plants in your Megaton shack or Tenpenny studio. Just like the Punga plants from Point Lookout your Punga Fruit Garden produces healthy Refined Punga Fruits which reduce radiation while increasing one's health. But unlike the plants in Point Lookout every three days your Punga Fruit Garden produces three new ripe fruits. (Apparently some Punga Fruit in PL are respawing but it's not due to any script; cell reload most likely.)
The main file allows you to purchase this item for your Megaton shack or Tenpenny apartment from the usual home improvement vendors but only after completing the "Walking With Spirits" quest from DLC Point Lookout.
The optional "free" version will place the Punga Fruit Garden in your Megaton shack upon load. Point Lookout DLC required.
