MERC 2

Ever wanted to be an operator in an elite organization? Join Blain in his quest to stop the Enclave from uncovering a vast weapons cache in 'MERC 2!' We've created a mod which should fit seamlessly into your Vanilla experience which plays well with a variety of other mods and contains an entertaining 6-8 hours of gameplay.

Still not enough? How about a reasonably entertaining story, NPCs, and weapon-toting hirelings to follow you around and shoot things while you loot valuable items off of less-valuable lives?

STILL not enough? Remember when we mentioned weapons? We've got weapons from Fallout 1 and 2, custom weapons designed just for this mod with variable firing scripts, an AoE sniper rifle (a personal favorite), in so many shapes and sizes you'll probably want to start over from the beginning just for the fun of bigger booms!

Okay, Still Not Enough? Your base of operations, located in an undisclosed Capitol Wasteland location, is fully upgradable with turrets, patrols, dogs, robots, mercenaries, and a custom mortar with enough range to hit any outdoor location in the DC area!

On top of all that there is also Easter Eggs galore sprinkled throughout the story and world. Can you spot all the Lore and non-Lore related references and goodies?

MERC 2: The Search For More Dynamite

Version 2. 1 of Merc 2 has been released. Version 2. 1 contains a good number of bug fixes  and a slight bit of new content as shown in the Master Update List for 2. 1

IF YOU INSTALL VERSION 2. 1 OVER AN OLDER MERC 2 1. 3 OR 1. 4 OR 1. 5 BETA YOUR GAME WILL BE MESSED UP.

YOU HAVE TO REMOVE YOUR CURRENT MERC 2 1.x FILES, MAKE A CLEAN SAVE WITHOUT MERC 2 INSTALLED AND

THEN INSTALL MERC 2 2. 1

Tossman has been kind enough to make a patch which allows MERC2 weapons to use CALIBR

ammunition instead of the vanilla calibers. Special thanks to him for his work. CALIBR Patch for MERC v2
