📋 About This Mod
Josef Grey\'s \'Kozaburo\' Hair Style for Fallout 3 v1. 01 ------------------------------------------------------ PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING: To my knowledge this is the first mod for Fallout 3 that will allow you to integrate an entirely new hair style and texture set into the game. Some things to be aware of before making use of the mod: 1) I\'ve tested the mesh on every race, and conluded that the mod is stable. However, if something is not working correctly for you, send me a PM and I\'ll do what I can. 2) I\'m not the maker of the mesh and texture, so don\'t assume that I can do anything with regards to changing it. The excellent mesh and texture were made available for use by Kozaburo at http://digitalbabes2.com/ -- check out his site for more of his work. CHANGELOG: v1. 01: - The model will now work properly while wearing a hat. When your character puts on a hat or helmet, the character\'s hair will be \'put up\' like the \'hat\' version of the \'Wendy the Welder\' vanilla hair style. Credit for this goes to Throttlekitty who spent a solid hour re-UV mapping the \'hat\' version of the mesh. - The textures for the hair have been improved significantly, exhibiting a more realistic contrast. - The color presets in the barber shop and gene projector consoles now work properly, instead of appearing only as shades of gray. - When using the color sliders the color of the hair now scales appropriately relative to the original Bethesda hair styles (instead of being dramatically brighter than them). This means that if you are updating from v1. 00 your hair color will be changed somewhat after updating. This was a necessary change so that when your character equips a hat her hair doesn\'t magically darken significantly. - The .nif file will now open properly in Nifskope. DESCRIPTION: This mod will allow the player to use the \'Kozaburo\' hair style for his or her female character (please note that it cannot be used by males). Upon installation, the new hair style will be available in the Gene Projector console with the rest of the default hair styles. This can be accessed through the console window with the command \'showracemenu\'. CREDITS: - Mesh and Textures by Kozaburo, http://digitalbabes2.com/ - A big thanks to Throttlekitty for his expertise with Nifskope and walking me through how to get Fallout 3 to recognize and render a new mesh without crashing horribly. A second big thanks to him for spending the time to re-UV map the mesh for v1. 01 (twice!). - Another thanks to Luchaire from the http://teseyecandy.com boards for teaching me the basics of the FO3Edit program. INSTALLATION: 1. Drop the contents of the \'Data\' folder included with the mod into the \'Data\' folder within your Fallout 3 directory. 2. When you start up Fallout 3, click the Data Files option on the launcher and check \'Josef Grey\'s Kozaburo Hair Style for Fallout 3.esp\'. 3. Arc
