HK416(SOP) - Reborn

This mod adds a standalone gun into the game, the HK416 SOP modded, along with 300 reasons to go into Downtown D. C. and play search and destroy with the local mutants. its built around the difficulty of FWE so if you don't like the stats just let me know and i'll try to re-balance them in a manner that makes everyone happy.

===Location==================================================================================================

1) The gun can be found within a safe marked "HK416 Safe" across from a cabinet inside a house in Springvale.  If the text description isn't good enough look at the above pictures for a visual aid.

2) In the event that you don't have access to the spawn container or misplace the weapon, it is obtainable through Flak and Shrapnel (Vendors) in Rivet City. ===Updates==================================================================================================

Version 1. 1: Fixes an issue where KDS Restoreout (and similar mods) removes the only means of obtaining the gun. Version 1. 2: Fixes issue with the spawn container being referenced 18 times / Fixes unintended plasma effect upon death by critical hit.
