📋 About This Mod
Description ----------- Simply put the Talon Company mercs and Chinese have begun taking over the wasteland outside the D. C. Area in small groups. There are many of them with a full aresenal of weapons. Do not take them on lightly. Hardcore mode ------------- A lot more Troops around Megaton and Springfield area. They are mostly Chinese. Improved Chinese troops. Next time i\'ll give a bunch of them swords and they run at you :D Details -------- Something I did in 20 mins or so, to kill stuff. I made A LOT of Both factions out there in groups of 4-10. Most of them have at least 1-4 special weapons experts. They are all outside the D. C area. I suggest to first start searching outside Springvale and Megaton towards to D. C wasteland. Some are Northeast of vault 101 and around the surrounded areas. Many random places, but I guarentee you will find them. Screenshots soon. I even got some surprises in store on top of \"places\" wink wink In even more simpler terms I just put a buttload of bad people with guns around the surrounding D. C area. Have fun shooting.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Decent community support (132 endorsements) and solid download count (5,053).
- Adds more combat encounters for players who want a busier wasteland.
- Simple concept—just more enemies—so it's easy to understand what you're getting.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2008, so it may have compatibility issues with modern mod setups or DLC.
- No detailed feature list, so you're going in blind on exact spawn locations and behavior.
- Potential conflicts with other mods that alter NPC spawns or the wasteland outside D.C.
For Fallout 3 players who feel the wasteland is too empty and want more random enemy encounters, especially with Talon Company and Chinese forces. Skip if you prefer a more narrative-driven or lore-friendly experience—this is purely about adding combat.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's an older mod, check if you're using Fallout 3's latest patch or any unofficial patches to avoid conflicts.
- If you use a mod manager, install it manually or via manager and place it in your load order after other NPC mods.
- Test in a new save or after clearing an area to see the new spawns without interference.
