HD textures for dust motes (dust floating around) and fluid drips.
The default dust motes are particularly low resolution and these new ones are much higher resolution. You'll find dust motes floating around many buildings for example Craterside Supply in Megaton.
Dust motes spawn in so you may need to wait a few seconds after entering an area.
