DoF Motion Blur and Other Effects

This mod adds a new item called "DoF Options" to the apparel section of your inventory. This allows you to choose whatever effects you'd like to use in-game, without the need of exiting the game or anything. This is good for having Motion Blur not destroy your screenshots taken with the 'tfc' command.   #########  #EFFECTS# ######### Depth of Field - Has three options, with varying strength of the effect. Motion Blur - Again, three options, with varying strength, though I personally recommend using 'subtle' for a more natural effect. Keep in mind this is full screen motion blur, not object oriented motion blur and it only really shows up when you turn the camera around. WARNING: This effect WILL interfere with the 'tfc' command in a way that the image will get blurry when you rotate/move the camera, this is the biggest reason why I prefer this mod to other(s), because you can simply deactivate this effect before taking nice screenshots. Head Bobbing - Simple "effect" that causes the camera to shake a little bit when your character walks, very subtle but noticeable. Contrast Enhancement - This effect helps enhancing the graphics by increasing the game's contrast. This may or may not be good to use together with ENB or SweetFX so it's really up to your taste.   ################  #CREDIT / LEGAL# ############### This is a port of pylb_etajv's "py Depth of Field and other effects" from the Fallout New Vegas Nexus. Converting it was easy and I really just followed a video so I really take no credit for the hard stuff.
