Cybernetics Perk Tree

YES THE LAST PEKK IS HIGHLY OVERPOWERED. GET OVER IT. DON'T USE IT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT!

This mod contains over a dozen perks which are set to brach off from the lvl 2 perk. To start the chain you either need Cyborg already with your character which should become Cybernetics Handler , or you need 60 science and the handler will unlock at lvl 2. From this point you can get a new cybernetics perk at lvl 3,5,7,11,15 and 20. The level 20 perk will practically make you a god. you but there needs to be something good at lvl 20 though doesn't there. Unfortunately this is probably incompatible with other mods that change Cyborg. I will Fix that.

And now because my Armour was so overpowered i bring you a new and somewhat not so overpowered level 20 perk. A grenade which can freeze time. You get one every five(is five to short?) minutes after you used your last one and it will freeze all actors to the spot. This effect last one minute. Anyone you feel like killing during this effect will drop back into sync with reality and stay dead unlike the original time freeze mod for oblivion.(which for the reason that everyone was invincible while frozen i didn't like.) Added a small not very deep quest to getting the power armour OR THE CHRONOS GRENADES. I haven't play-tested it yet , because quite frankly i just dont feel like playing anything at the moment. It should work fine , but there could be a bug in the 5 line script i used XD. Installation is simple. Extract the file to your data folder and then enable it in the data files menu in the launcher. Un-installation instructions are in the comments

To do: Find a way to make Cybernetic Mind set your Karma to Neutral. Find a way to multiply run speed.

Add in built in mind control tool to the mental branch? (like the mesmetron thing)

For the aid of uninstalling or just for removing my perks , ill add a box outside vault 101 that removes my perks ona at a time in a big list. Also the game will have a box full of notes near there full of perk descriptions to aid with you guys who want to know exactly what they do before you get them.
