Alternative:
extract into your Fallout 3/Data folder, then enable the .esp
load order: - only after CRAFT.esm
- extract into your Fallout3/Data folder, delete the older/lower version .esp, enable the new one
- make a new merged patch

What it does:
this mod adds about 130 new crafting possibilities to Fallout3 + adding some new armors/hats/headgears

Have you ever been asking yourself: 'hm, I got 100 pressure cookers + 100 lead pipes, why can't I make some steam gauge assemblies out of them?'
Well this mod is the answer!
How it works: You buy books, then you can craft a bit more. items can be reduced to base substances like CLOTH, METAL, LEAD (yeah I know lead is a metal, but let's see it as soft/easy to shape and 'metal' as hard metal), GLASS, WOOD and WOOD SHAVINGS

Q: Where can I get the books? A: From Moira (megaton or underworld (if you blowed megaton up)) and from Lydia at tenpenny tower
Q: Will there be updates? A: Without bug reports, no.
Q: Why is it still version 0. 21, it's working perfectly well !? A: Because I wanted to add more recipies/books.
