Colonel Autumn Coat - Black Retexture - Male coat added

Note: This mod is basically obsolete; I use the texture in another mod, and the set-up is pre archive invalidation invalidated, so mostly totally unnecessary. all you need is a outfit.dds and a outfitf.dds to get m-f black coats. This is a black retexture of the female version of colonelautumn\'s coat. It will not effect Colonel Autumn in the game. I just wanted a different black coat than what\'s available. ==EDIT== I added a male coat. It replaces one of the coats found here: ==EDIT== Colonel Autumn style Merc Duster added as a new item: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=505 The outfitm.dds is the vanilla male texture. It needs to be in there. If you disagree, take it out and tell me what the male coat looks like. If you still disagree, please let me know why it does that. You\'d think the game would just grab the texture off the bsa but it doesn\'t. You shouldn\'t need to add these files to your archive invalidation file. I didn\'t. But here\'s the path anyway: textures/armor/colonelautumn/outfitf.dds textures/armor/colonelautumn/outfitm.dds Extract or drag Data folder to your Fallout 3 folder. You\'re done. type \"player.additem 5157e 1\" into the console to get the coat. ==update== I threw my tweaked version of the black merc duster up there for anybody who wants it. You can\'t really beat the original, but I felt a need to change it so maybe someone will like it. It\'s better than the female version, but the credit for that goes to SplitSoul for making the texture and all the little things that make it better. It replaces the plain black merc duster found at the link above. ==Update== I don\'t want to get into a big explanation, but I added the vanilla normal maps to all of my mods. Use the new versions to restore the specular shine from the original armors in the game. I haven\'t made any changes other than to add vanilla files that restore the shiny effect. This is not an essential update. To remove the shiny effect from the update, remove the files that end in _n.dds. The new files are all standalone. You don\'t need anything other than the primary file. Male coat is unchanged. Now if you want to use it as a replacer for colonel autumn and keep the specular shine, you need the normal map from SplitSoul\'s mod, so you have to download the mod either way. You still need to DL the malecoat separately. It\'s not included in the primary file.
