Change sea and river water texture to blue and transparency. original mod on: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2599 This mod makes Pure water even more clear so you can actually see below it, in searching for hidden underwater stuff.. also makes water less blue then original.. For maximum clearness its recommended that you turn off option \"Depth fog\" in Fallout 3 graphical options menu, water submenu. I also keep Full scene/detail reflections in OFF setting, it saves some resources and really does not improve graphics much anyway.. NOTE: Rads accumulation is NOT affected by this mod. It will be same as before. This mod is purely visual. enjoy..
