Casey's DC Remastered ENB

This mod was made by extensively altering the "Blackout ENB" preset, designed for Fallout New Vegas,and thus uses assets originally from that pack. If the author of Blackout wishes for me to take down this file and attempt to recreate it from scratch, I will not hesitate to do so.What Are The Changes?Casey's DC Remastered ENB is designed to make Fallout 3's Capital Wasteland modern, while keeping the original styling intended by Bethesda. It attempts to add a greater sense of realism to the world by correcting lighting and color, but allows for the underlying feeling of post-apocalyptic hell to remain with-in the wasteland. Days are generally brighter and hotter, while nights are furiously darker. Mornings and evenings give off a greater sense of sun depth, making the world feel warm and orange. Interiors have lost most ambient (fake) lighting so that your pip-boy light becomes a more essential object, especially when actual light sources are nowhere to be found. In a real wasteland, predators are always lurking, especially in the shadows, so be weary of the darkness. While this mod aims to add a sense of realism to the wasteland, it also attempts to insert a modern, hollywood-style movie essence as it prominently features Bloom, Depth of Field, and Lens Flare/Glare.Recommended EnhancementsThis preset was designed under the influences of the following mods and is, if possible, intended to be used in unison with them; - "Better Clutter and Furniture - New Clutter" - "Better Clutter and Furniture - New Furniture" - "Fallout 3 Redesigned (Formerly Prject Beauty HD)" - "FO3 Flora Overhaul - Forested" - "Megaton Lighting Overhaul" - "NMC's Texture Pack" - "Realistic Interior Lighting (RILv8)" - "UHQ Terrain Overhaul - NQ TOv2" (Links to all above listed mods available at the bottom of this page.)
