2. Mod Description

***********************************************************

This is a compilation of Cannibal perks in a way since i've

taken ideas i liked from other mods. In most cases i disliked

how they were implimented. I wrote this mod from scratch to

ensure everything was done right and so it's to my own liking.

- Devouring a corpse now gives 120 health and 12 rads

- Children corpses can now be devoured (Only works if you have

a child killing mod)

- NPCs automatically have a 100% chance to add 1 Human Meat to

their inventory on death and a 50% chance to add an extra

Human Meat (This is intended to be used instead of devour so

you can take food along rather then eating then and there.

Not implimented through message boxes to make it quicker,

easier and because i have a terrible memory when it comes to

remembering i got these perks)

- Mutilated Body parts will now change into a ingestible item

upon pick up. They naturally give 40 health and 10 rads with

a weight of 0. 7. With a food sanitizer they give an

additional 20 health. (Skull not included there's no meat on

Note: Human Meat has not been changed in any way so food

changing mods will affect it. This mods values are based around

Better Food and is intended to be used with it.

🤖 AI-enhanced — based on mod data

This Fallout 3 mod enhances the Cannibal perk by increasing healing from corpses to 120 HP and 12 rads, adding 1-2 Human Meat to NPC inventories on death, and allowing consumption of mutilated body parts for 40 HP (60 with sanitizer). It also enables devouring children. A niche gameplay tweak for cannibal playthroughs, with 217 endorsements and last updated in 2009.

✨ Key Features

Devouring a corpse now restores 120 HP and adds 12 rads.
NPCs drop 1-2 Human Meat in their inventory upon death.
Mutilated body parts can be eaten for 40 HP, or 60 HP with sanitizer.
Allows the player to devour children.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Solid endorsement count (217) for a niche perk overhaul.
  • Adds meaningful risk-reward to cannibalism with rads and healing.
  • Gives more use for mutilated body parts and introduces Human Meat as a resource.

⚠️ Cons

  • Last updated in 2009 — likely incompatible with modern Fallout 3 setups or mods.
  • Devouring children may be a moral turn-off for some players.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Fallout 3 players who want to lean into a cannibal roleplay and get more mechanical benefit from the perk. Skip if you prefer a more vanilla experience or are uncomfortable with the child-devouring feature.

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Since the mod is from 2009, check if you're using a mod manager like FOMM or Vortex to ensure proper load order.
  • If you're playing with the GOG or Steam version, you may need to apply the official patch or use a compatibility mod for modern systems.
  • Test the mod on a fresh save to avoid conflicts with other perk overhauls.
