Overhaul for Butch DeLoria. Allows you to recruit him sooner, makes him more useful in combat, and adds more dialogue. Compatibility patches will be made, but for now the file is provided as is. In order for all features to apply you must use this with a new game or a game where you haven't started or completed the Trouble on the Homefront quest.
