Redoes the entire sea floor found in Fallout 3, No more flat shallow sea floor now behold dark and deep sea floors layed with details and things to discover.
The mod completely reworks the flat sea floor, left over by bethesda because they cant work time onto the sea floor i did it for then and originally they only used 4 different types of rocks, hardly any rocks, rocks not even rotated, and nothing to find... Or even things to explore and find.
This sea overhaul is also compatible with Fallout 3 Rebirth. And is fully navmeshed up.

-Fixes a rock near the car parking lot at the broken half of rivet city
-Removes the flat Bethesda's sea floor and creates a more immersive and sea like floor
-Fixes badly placed rocks by Bethesda
-Pockets of even lowered sea floor
-adds rocks and more unique rocks and formations
-Sea floor is extremely deeper then before mixed with different types of rocks and detailing with many things to find and do it should make a change then avoiding the water.
