This is not strictly for ATMOS Enb, so far I tested with Enb Next Generation and The ENB of the Apocalypse.
BUT you must use same interior lighting settings in enbseries.ini as ATMOS Enb.

Performance hit?
Practically none for modern systems. Interiors now have twice the amount of lighting nodes, but these are simple non shadow-casting vertex nodes.
Some interiors still look off?
Yes, this isn't universal for all the cells. All effected cells are handcrafted and take around 1 hours each. Thus I chose a select few cells which looked bad and are relevant in most playthroughs.
