Arlington House Restoration

================================================ Version 1. 1 is out! No small updates this time, as I had to make tweaks to nearly every existing asset - and added a bunch of new ones as well. If you're upgrading from a previous version, you'll need to make a clean save before installing v1. 1. This is because substantial changes have been made to the interior of the house, and failing to use a clean save will cause placement errors. For any other potential bugs I may have missed, leave a description of the issue on the discussion page.

Once again, I'm not very good with creating and implementing textures, so there may be some small issues with shading and normals and whatnot. If anybody would like to help out with re-texturing, please let me know. ===============================================

As a kid, I once visited Arlington Home with my father while he was in D. C. for a business trip. I remember being moved by the beauty of the grounds and of the house itself. So it came as a huge disappointment to see such a grand historic landmark's portrayal in FO3 as just a generic track home cluttered with modern appliances.

The Arlington Home Restoration Project is my meager attempt to rectify what, I thought, was a glaring oversight on Bethesda's part. An attempt to bring FO3's Arlington Home more closely in line with the real Arlington Home - both on the interior and the exterior. This is NOT a player-home mod, and does not have many of the conveniences you'd expect from such. However, if you do wish to use it as a player home, all of the containers should be safe and the interior is marked as player-owned. The raiders will respawn, however. I may clean it up and make it convertible to a player home in later revisions if there is enough interest in it.

With that said, thank you for downloading this mod, and I hope you have as much fun using it as I had in making it.
