1. Description ==================

Arefu Expanded takes Arefu and transforms it into a thriving wasteland town, complete with new characters, quests, locations, and a player home. The quests recreate the gameplay of old adventure games, where the focus is on exploration and puzzle solving rather than violence.

2. Install ==================

1. Make sure your game is patched to v1. 7. 2. Download the DATA and ESM archives from the files tab of this page. 3. Unzip the contents of both archives into your Fallout3/Data folder. 4. Load the esm and esp files in your Fallout 3 mod manager. The load order should be ArefuExpandedByAzar.esm and then ArefuExpandedByAzar-Radio.esp. 5. If you are using MMM or FOOK, it is recommended that you put ArefuExpandedByAzar.esm ABOVE those esm's. ArefuExpandedByAzar-Radio.esp can go anywhere below. 6. The BSA should work by itself, however I have included all the unpacked texture, mesh, and sound files just in case some people are getting missing meshes or textures. 7. Load a saved game. Do not load a game where you are hostile with Arefu, or a game where you are already inside Arefu. 8. Head to Arefu!

RECOMMENDED STEP: - Use F03Edit's MasterUpdate function after installing this mod. This will update your game with your new mod load order and prevent potential crashes.

Recommended Mods: - For increased difficulty: Mart's Mutant Mods. Use "Increased Spawns" with caution. - For nicer looking environments: Fellout Weather Overhaul.
