Alien Shrink Ray

Mad scientists have long sought the power to shrink living beings and now it is in your hands in the form of the Alien Shrink Ray. One blast from this version of the Alien Blaster will shrink your enemies down to manageable size and in most cases send them fleeing in the other direction. The effect isn\'t permanent, and their shouldn\'t be any hurt feelings. After two minutes the target returns to normal size, though he can be shrunk again with another blast. Location: The Alien Shrink Ray can only be found near the Alien Power Cells in the lower level of the Brotherhood of Outcast\'s Fort Independence. Issues: I am unable to implement stomping shrunken enemies because the radroach stomp animation only works on a list of specific creatures or NPCs. I\'ve tried creating a faction, adding it to the list, and adding the shrunken enemy to the faction, but GECK will not allow this and putting a faction on the list renders the list incompatible with animations.
