ROOM RUSH

Welcome to the ROOM RUSH! Race through the three areas, unlocking doors and solving puzzles, in order to reach the trophy as fast as you can! Find coins scattered throughout each area, which you can use for shortcuts to build your lead, or catch up to other competitors. This was my submission for the Build-A-Room #4: Versus Challenge, and it was in the Top 10! Thank you PINE and all who played through my room! I have two mechanics designed for the versus game mode: - Shortcuts ~ Small boxes that help move around the areas, which use coins that are found throughout the level; - In-Game Hints ~ Puzzle-shaped buttons that activate for competitors after someone has completed its respective puzzle. They give hints without needing to use the menu, to keep games competitive. --- Despite cutting out a lot due to time constraints, I'm happy with how the room was at release. I like the mechanics I implemented and I added more than I thought I could given the time I had left. The room may contain bugs as there was very little testing time, and Versus mechanics are awkward to test in the editor, so please inform me of any bugs! Now that the competition is over, I will add more to the room, and improve the puzzles so that I am fully satisfied with how the room plays. As always, feedback is welcome and appreciated.
