Makes the Combine use voice lines from Half-Life: Alyx. Replaces all generic NPC lines and scripted speech, with standard Combine soldiers using the Grunt voice and Elites using the Ordinal voice. Extended Citizen Speech is NOT required for this to work, but is recommended for additional functionality (extra responses to citizens reloading, being severely hurt, and having low willpower).
