A modification to the Citizens' response rules so that they can use the pain and shock sounds introduced in Episode One, as well as expand on their responses in general. Features: -Added pain and shock sounds from Episode One -Restored unused "attacking afraid" response group, used when citizens are at low Willpower -Added unique "on fire" lines -Rearranged some of the lines in the "surrender" response
