Universal Casting Staffs and Seals and

Made this for myself incase I lost my files.

I added ARC Scaling to ALL Staffs and Seals. (50% of Dominate scaling to ARC)

Universal Casting for Staffs and Seals which means that using a seal you can cast sorceries and with Staffs you can cast incantations.

Halved FP cost for all spells.

Reduced INT/FTH Casting requirements by 1/4.

Made dragon incantations arc only (but made them need more ARC).

Made weapon buffs using spells last 5 minutes instead of 1. 5minutes.

Made Starlight spell regen FP (2FP for 5 minutes so 600 FP).

Made Healing spell heal more.

To INSTALL:

1. Download Modengine 2 (Mo2) from github.

2. Put Regulation File in mod folder.

3. Profit (play).

To MERGE:  most likely won't work with heavy mods like convergence, Reforged or Moveset Packs (Merge at your own risk)

1. Download smithbox through Nexus.

2. Open your  Regulation file (with SmithBox) in the mod folder in Mo2.

3. Top Left: Click Project:    New:     Name it whatever you want:     Project type Elden ring:    Project Directory Your mod folder with the Regulation File:     Check mark the Row Name Import box:   Then Create (wait for it to load 15 or so seconds).

4. Select the Param Editor, Click on the Param on the left side and import the selected params included in the CSV Folder.

5. Save then Play.

CSV files included if you want to pick and choose.

Also included CSV file for infinite Gold/Silver Fowl foot Effect.

EquipParamWeapon: Staff/Seal changes.

Magic: Spell Cost and Requirement Changes.

SpEffectParam: Weapon Buff Duration and Healing Spell improved healing.
