Scarab Mask Buffs and Merchant Bell Bearings

Made this for myself just sharing if anyone wants it.

1. Scarab Mask - Increased weight to 6. 5.

- Increased Poise to 7.

- Changed protection values to be positive.

- Increased Resistance values by +5.

2. Merchant Bell Bearings are now buyable from the merchants for 1,000 Runes.

How this works is by replacing an item they sell to their bell bearing. Most of the merchants sell arrows in unlimated quantity that is what I replaced. Some of them only sell minimum quantity of stuff so if you have already bought the item from the merchant you won't be able to buy the bell bearing.

CSV Included:

SpEffectParam: Scarab Mask changes pt2 *need both.
