Mercenary for Hire - Moveset Mod

This moveset mod has two main aspects: Sword and Hand to Hand.

The Sword: (Mercenary's Longsword at Kale's shop)

- Use fast slashing sword attacks combined with heavy hitting elbows and kicks to create a balanced fightstyle that can adapt to any situation

- Uses the shuriken, deflects, and pot throw feint attacks from Clever's "Great Shinobi Owl" but has numerous additions and animation changes

- Chainable loops through running attacks and blocking feints

- Parry ash of war that can go into a lunging strike or a quick escape with smoke pots for tight situations

Hand to Hand: (Deez Hands at Kale's shop)

- For those unworthy of your sword, unleash satisfying brutal beatdowns with fast and powerful strikes

- Light attacks unleash brawler punches while heavies do kicks

- Unique dodge mechanic with the blocking stance. Make use of this in the middle of your attacks to not get interrupted by your enemy

- Forgot to mention in the video, but if you press light or heavy as you press block, you'll do a running attack. The timing is tight, but it is handy for closing distance.

Overall, I wanted to create a moveset to simulate a "Lone Mercenary" type of character that is more grounded but versatile and figured I'd share it with everyone cause I found it quite fun.

Massive shoutout to Clever, as I do not have the knowhow on adding animations to the base game, or adding new items etc. So, I had to use his mod for the animations.

Some issues:

- Apparently for some, the text is still showing as "Great Shinobi Blade" and "Meteor Fists". Smithbox be weird sometimes.

- When one handing the sword and using the ash of war, he just uses his hand and it looks a bit weird. Dont use the ash of war unless your two handing the sword I guess
