REGULATION. BIN CLEARSKY Weather Elden ring 1. 17 :
This mod changes THE WEATGER in the base game as well as the DLC. It provides clear, vibrant weather without rain for most regions throughout the game, with vivid colors and no reshade.
In the REGULATION. BIN file, I found two categories of values for clear weather: Sunny and ClearSky. The first adds a yellowish summer layer to clear weather, but the latter keeps a more spring-like, clearer, and brighter sun. I kept the latter while also trying to eliminate rain.
Less-Fog-Snow-Rain Clear-Weather and sky :
This mod is an improvement of REGULATION. BIN CLEARSKY Weather Elden ring 1. 17 , that introduces a few additional changes, removing rain and snow in more regions.
Installation instructions
Simply replace your regulation.bin file with mine in the root folder of the game's .exe file.
