A damage meter and player HUD for ELDEN RING

Overview

Damage Competition is an overlay that gives you a proper damage/DPS

meter and floating combat numbers that colour themselves by status

• []Player list — character name, Steam name, level, an animated

  HP, stamina, mana bar, death count, and ping.[/]

  []Damage & DPS meter — damage amounts by player for who you are currently

  hitting, sorted by damage, with boss name and bar.[/]

  []Damage type display — damage dealt and received (magic, light, fire, lightning)[/]

  []Stopwatch and boss battle attempt counter[/]

  []Boss Bar Poise Meter (Replaces damage numbers)

  Entity Bar Poise Meter (Replaces damage numbers) [/]

  []Pop-up numbers — damage pops off the enemy, colour-coded by

  status proc (bleed, poison, rot, frost, sleep, madness, blight).[/]

  []In-game chat — quick text chat.[/]

  []Kick or block someone — right from the settings window.[/]

  []Settings window — toggle the panel, pick which fields show,

  drag sliders to reposition. No alt-tab. Picks English or Russian

  based on your Steam game language on its own.[/]

  []Fully configurable — colours, fonts, sizes, positions,

  timings and hotkeys all live in a plain damage_competition.ini

  you can edit without leaving the game.[/]

To capture the mod's interface in OBS, enable the check mark in the source properties "Capture third-party overlays (such as steam)"

Status-effect combat numbers

When a status procs, the number that caused it lights up in that

effect's colour — a bleed burst or a frost proc reads instantly, yours

or a teammate's.

Hotkeys

• []F5 — open the in-game settings window[/]

  []F6 — reload damage_competition.ini from disk[/]

  []Enter — open the chat box (Enter sends, Esc closes)[/]

All three can be rebound in the .ini.

Requirements

• []ModEngine2 or Elden Mod Loader [/]

  []Seamless Co-op (optional — unlocks the multiplayer side:

  player list, networked damage sharing, chat, kick/block. Without it

  you still get the solo damage/DPS meter.)[/]
