use ModEngine2 as for all regulation.bin files

Merge with other regulation.bin files using ERModsMerger https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/5441

How to merge:

1. DL https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/5441 just the console version under optional. Extract wherever.

2. open the folder ERModsMergerConfig, open config.jsonl (use Notepad++ for ease)

3. check if gamepath is correct, if you get an error when merging it's

probably that. Double your /-s for the path and check if the path is

actually correct

4. open ModsToMerge and drop your params in different folders. Like Mod1, mod2, mod3 in the folder for the params

you want to merge

5. run ERModsMerger.exe

6. press M when prompted

7. in MergedMods you should have a new regulation.bin file

8. put that into \ModEngine-2. 1. 0. 0-win64\mod

9. run the game through launchmod_eldenring.bat (you got this through modengine2
