Added Maliketh's Black Blade, Moonveil and Halo Scythe

I've been experimenting with a different way of adding glowing effects - instead of changing weapon's base material and creating a custom emission map, for these 3 weapons I've made a custom mesh that goes over the weapon and has a material with scrolling textures. It allows creating more unique and "art directed" effects, but takes a lot more work.

This mod changes adds animated glow to certain weapons.

I've always felt that most of the "legendary armaments" and powerful weapons in general can look a bit bland. I think some additional glow can better represent their power, and show that they are innately infused with powerful magic.

It's an early version, I'm planning to add similar effects to other weapons in the future.
