BOTH THE REGULATION. BIN FILE AND THE PARTS FOLDER GO INTO YOUR MOD FOLDER OF MOD ENGINE 2'S MAIN FOLDER WHERE YOU HAVE ELDEN RING SAVED. IF YOU HAVE A PARTS FOLDER ALREADY, TAKE THE FILE IN THIS PARTS FOLDER AND PUT IT IN THERE. YES TO REPLACE IF NECESSARY.

This mod brings you the Tarnished Martial Artist. It goes the Preceptor's Long Gown (Altered), Bandit Manchettes, Festive Hood (Altered), and the White Reed Greaves. It includes a regulation.bin file to expose the neck, chest, and arms on the Preceptor's Long Gown (Altered) to make it look like a gi. I also included my Tattooed Tarnished to complete the look. The parts folder goes in your mod subfolder of the ModEngine 2 folder. The regulation.bin file goes in the mod subfolder as well. Enjoy :)
