The Quilled Gauntlets is a quality claw trick weapon, designed around an over-aggressive playstyle,
the mod also includes a new armor set, the Black Crow set and a new starting class, the Assassin.

MOVESET BREAKDOWN

Fairly simple moveset, with nice forward momentum and reach, it has additional moves like dodge/backstep heavy attacks.

]TransformedA savage moveset covering more ground. Light attacks have a high dodge recovery so you can cram as many blows as you can before needing to dodge. The dodge light attack will have an extended variation if you use it after a side/back dodge. Heavy attacks can't be charged, but the chain is three attacks long. The first heavy attack is best utilized as a tool to quickly approach an enemy, and you can combo a heavy after any attack to perform a powerful kick. Any attack that starts with a jump has a small window of i-frames right at the start.

The weapon comes with a unique Ash of War, Dagger Toss. Utilize it as a ranged option, or use it to finish off a combo, as the backwards quickstep has i-frames. Like Corpse Piler, you can use the skill up to three times.
