PS4 DualShock UI The Convergence 3.0.1 Compatibility Patch

This is an unofficial compatibility update for FaresMods' PS4 DualShock UI for The Convergence, adapted to work with The Convergence 3. 0. 1.

The original mod replaces the Xbox button prompts and controller image with PlayStation 4 DualShock-style controls.

This updated version preserves those PS4 interface changes while also retaining the latest interface files introduced in The Convergence 3. 0. 1, including updated spell, item, inventory, menu, status and tab icons.

It is especially useful for players using a DualShock 4 through DS4Windows configured as an Xbox/XInput controller. The game continues to detect the controller as an Xbox device, but the interface displays PlayStation button prompts.

This mod only changes the visual interface. It does not modify gameplay, controller behavior, input configuration, spells, items, character data, regulation files or game balance.

Installation Instructions

  []Locate your Elden Ring mod folder. [/]

  []Open the following folder: [/]

  menu\hi

  • []Make a backup of your existing file: [/]

    01_common.sblytbnd.dcx

    • []Copy the included

      01_common.sblytbnd.dcxfile into the same

      menu\hifolder. [/]

      []Replace the existing file when prompted. [/]

      []Launch The Convergence normally. [/]

    The final path should look similar to:

    Uninstallation

    Restore your original backup of:

    01_common.sblytbnd.dcx

    Alternatively, reinstall or restore the original interface file included with The Convergence 3. 0. 1.
