Changes the Prince of Death's INT/FAI scaling to match the Golden Order Seal's
Changes the Prince of Death's Staff to use the same magic, fire, lightning, and holy CalcCorrectGraph as the Golden Order Seal, allowing for better early scaling returns on INT/FAI investment.
At 45/45 INT/FAI, the sorcery scaling is now 361, versus a vanilla 266 with the same stats.
To install, place the regulation.bin in your ModEngine2 mods folder. A .csv is also included for merging with your own regulation.bin
This mod was made using regulation.bin v1. 10
