Placidusax-Overlord of the Tempesta

I'm creating a mod that doesn't consider player balance and features many unscientific skills. This time, I've revamped Placidusax, trying to incorporate all the discarded moves.

In the first phase, I enhanced Placidusax's dashing ability, making him more eager to jump around. In the second phase, I introduced a new teleportation skill along with a new spinning storm cloud transformation. In the third phase, I added a storm field where tornadoes and thunderstorms can randomly generate. There are some terrifying command-reading skills.

There’s a bug that I can’t resolve: sometimes the pre-attack effect for the teleportation attack doesn’t display, and I’m not sure why.
