📋 About This Mod
Simple .bin edit mod that provides buffs to every Talisman (DLC included) Changelist provided in linked spreadsheet. CSVs included as optional download.
This mod is a simple regulation.bin edit (for use with ModEngine2, install in mod folder as per usual) that provides buffs to all Talismans, base game and DLC.
It is not designed to be particularly balanced, just to boost the relative power of the Talismans and make them feel like each one makes a meaningful difference to the gameplay when equipped.
The second version of this mod also edits the accessory groups of all Talismans to be unique, meaning there should be no conflict in equipping Talismans of the same type of different "upgrade" tiers. I.e you can equip all 4 levels of Crimson Amber Medallions, should you so choose. This version is obviously even more unbalanced than the first, so use at your own discretion.
