INSTALLATION
Drop the regulation.bin, parts, menu and msg folders into your mod folder. The reg.bin is there so certain parts of the face,
hair and forearms are visible/invisible.
To install the icons, simply run "Setup UI Images (Old Hunter Set cN)" and proceed as the program instructs you.
