1. Disable EAC and play offline: https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/90
2. Use UXM or ModEngine2 https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases
3. Extract the desired zip files into Elden Ring/Game/parts/ or ModEngine's mod folder
4. Run Yapped-Runebear

]Open -> Navigate to your Elden Ring folder and choose your regulation.bin file (I recommend you make a manual backup)[]Select EquipParamProtecter
[]Ctrl-F "Noble's Traveling Garb" If names aren't present, then try Tools -> Import Names (or just use the item list IDs to directly jump to the correct line).
[]Set mask 0-16 to 0.
[]Do steps 4 and 5 with "Noble's Trousers" and mask 0-14 to 0.
