Hey all! back at it again with another mod i was working on while recovering. gotta go back to work soon, so i figured id drop this one on yall to enjoy. plus i love this sword as well

fun things ive done:

- ive changed the moveset of the katana to be more slashy/ choppy and not pokey. think i used a hammer moveset but it fits dont worry :)

-added madness flame to all 1H and 2H attacks ( except the jump attacks of course, it just looks weird so i never do it )

- all power moves charged or not,( RT/R2) is intentionally way stronger than light attacks (make it feel good lol)

-added fire damage to sword ( because... duhh)

- added a butt ton of madness to the sword and no, u dont take any madness build up  (even tho most are immune, those who aren't is doomed to madness evil laugh)

- power attacks and the new ash of war do have a bit of messmer flame, only cuz i couldnt get other madness flames without remapping

boss animations ( pain in the butt) and vykes spear explosion flame does no damage in AOE like i want.

- changed the ash of war to corpse piler with madness flame and messmer flame that staggers and breaks stances like crazy and the last hit spawns lava in front of u like eruption ash of war (i call it burnt corpse in the woods inspired by one of my fav songs from six feet under new album) it can also be used without FP

-made all hits from sword unblockable

-sword also has lifesteal on every hit. dont worry its not too OP.( why? cuz im full of madness lol)

- the 2H block which is LB/L1, can block any attack thats in front of u without losing health and using any stamina (how its supppose to be )

- i think the last thing is i removed the sheath  cuz we not using it anyways ( big pain but, its for the drip lol)

Things to note:

somewhere some hammer has some of the animations but probably not all.. so sword is needed for it to flow together

also the video was created right before i added lifesteal, so its not in that demonstration but it is in the mod

Installation instructions

Get modengine 3 (me 3)

download mod

place all files in eldenring-mods folder

back out to profiles folder

click eldenring-default to launch with mods
