How mod works?
Few merchants in Limgrave are selling crafting materials now including rare not respawning materials (Arteria leaf, Aeonian Butterfly e.t.c.). Herbalist is selling plants and shrooms, Hunter meat and bones, Miner rock and stone (Also rope)
Almost every crafting material is for sale:

Isolated Merchant (Weeping Peninsula)
Nomadic Merchant (Weeping Peninsula)
Nomadic Merchant (East Limgrave)

Nomadic Merchant (West Limgrave)
Kale is selling Rowa for those who need it.
Installation:
1. Make backup of your regulation.bin
2. Download and unpack ZIP file
3. Drop regulation.bin in main game folder (Where eldenring.exe is)
