This is NG+. I sped through most of it to get to Malenia and obtain all the smithing bell bearings. Player will start right outside Malenia boss room, which has not yet been entered. Most graces are not discovered. Wrong warp glitch was used to get to Farum Azula without beating the Fire Giant and to get a site of grace in Nokron. Most of the weapons and talismans were obtained before NG+. Most of the NG+ loot is untouched.
