DESCRIPTION
I had originally made this mod within a 30 minute time frame for personal use, but ultimately decided to post it online in case someone else finds it interesting and wants to try it out.
This mod turns the Dragon Communion Seal into a double catalyst, allowing it to cast both sorceries and incantations. The seal also has new effects that boost several different things. In order to make some sort of balance, I've made two versions of the seal, pick your poison. Version 1. 0 is less powerful, but has health and focus sapping. Version 2. 0 is more overpowered with several damage boosting effects. See the effects lists below.
