HOW TO INSTALL:
Using modengine, simply drop the regulation.bin in your mod folder and launch the game using "launchmod_eldenring.bat".
THIS MOD REQUIRES THE DLC TO USE!!!
This mod is the first of my random untitled series!
In this series, I will open my mod editor with no plan in mind and create something completely random.All incantations & spells consume 50% less FP and Stamina
All incantations and spells require 50% less Intelligence, Faith, and Arcane to cast.
All incantations and spells have 2x more casting speed.
For example - Glintstone Pebble requires 7FP to cast and consumes 20 stamina while requiring 10 Intelligence to cast with a cast speed of 10-70 based on the users DEX.
It now costs 4 FP (Can't use decimals so it has to be 4) 10 Stamina, and only 5 Intelligence. With a cast speed of 20-140 based on the users DEX.
These buffs are applied to every incantation and sorcery in the entire game, aligning with their original values.
