1. Go to your steam library and locate Elden Ring
2. Right click on Elden Ring > go to manage > then click browse local files
3. Your Elden Ring folder should open up > go into the "Game" folder.
4. Locate your "regulation.bin" file. Make a copy and back it up.
5. Now replace your regulation.bin with the one provided here and overwrite
6. Launch game
