Chose the color and type of hair you want. Then put the "parts" and "material" folder into the "mod" folder in ModEngine2.
Disclaimers:
Mod changes the 15th hair style.
Hair will clip though helmets but it works fine with snow witch hat.
Hair also can clip through armors.
Hair can be custom coloured just root shadow wont work.
I think the "allmaterial.matbinbnd.dcx" additions are "parts/matxml/BD_M_5260". For anyone looking to merge it with other mods (i am still unsure you may need to ask thetlarok).
