An armor set with a dark base that highlights a unique celestial overcoat, which reflects light and energy.

This set is part of The Fundamentalist, an Any and All Builds mod.

The Preceptor's Long Gown is primarily equipped in the first hairstyle slot (bald) by default, and worn underneath the Blue Silver Mail Armor.

However, it can also be worn a few different ways as an alternative chest armor to the Blue Silver Mail.

1) Mod Engine 2: https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases

2) Download this mod and extract the contents into Mod Engine 2's mod folder.
