Celebrant's weapons give more runes

Not much to talk about, just changes the value per hit.

Celebrant's Skull now gives 2000 runes while Celebrant's Clever, Rib-Rake and Sackle give 1000 runes.

This mod is incompatible with mods that change Speffecparam if you install it replacing the param or the regulation file.

Installation:

• []Drop the regultaion.bin file in the main game folder and replace it. Remember to make a backup before.
  • []Also you can merge the mod using Yapped, place the CSV file in your project mod then import it.
    • Or you can change it manually using Yapped, this way you wont change any other mod you may have that changes Speffectparam. For this, you need to go in SpEffectParam, Row 5010600 for Celebrant's Sickle, Row 5121300 for Celebrant's Skull, Row 5140600 for Celebrant's Clever and Row 5160600 for Celebrant's Rib-Rake, then on Field find Rune Gain+ and just change the value for whathever value you wish.
