it's the gay knight bazuso
I like the Banished Knights, I have a build where I play as one, figured he should have a weapon to call his own.
That's where Rbarta's "Double-Headed Banished Knight's Halberd" (https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/7553) came in handy.
However, being the greedy guts that I am, I felt the axe head was too small to qualify as a greataxe and took it upon myself to embiggen it and that's how we ended up here after asking for permission to upload.
Replaces the "Crescent Moon Axe" weapon by default, to change to another item, consult this handy list:
